Unlike other builders, Gary's quotes are all inclusive, they include all facets of the project and are the maximum you will pay. Other builders quote the bare minimum, which can lead to short cuts at the expense of quality and may not include some of the hidden costs, leaving the client to pay more in extras.

There are two methods of quoting:

Fixed price quote are ideal for straight forward jobs.

Cost plus contracts are for complex jobs that are likely to encounter various unknowns, so that you, the client, can keep a track of what your spending.
